Ingredients
- 1 1/4 tbsp paprika
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cayenne pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 (3 lb) sirloin tip roast
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine all dry ingredients plus the olive oil and let set for 15 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F; Line baking pan with foil.
- Place roast in pan and cover all sides with herb mixture.
- Roast one hour in preheated oven. Cook until the internal temperature is 145 degrees, approximately 1 hour. Let sit (rest) for 15 minutes before slicing.
