We ship within the continental US, and most can be shipped without the use of dry ice. (Please see our zoning chart). Any products shipped past 2 days will be shipped with dry ice. We ship all products in a Styrofoam cooler, packed as full to keep frozen, possibly with dry ice, and inside a box that is air-tight sealed. All products come frozen to ensure you that your product contains the quality and healthy eating for everyone. Once your package has arrived we would like for you to open it and inspect immediately and if all is okay to be placed in your freezer immediately. If there are any issues with your order please notify Heffron Farms of any discrepancies within 24 hours of arrival (Please contact Customer Service). We do not ship requiring a signature. We usually ship on most weekdays, however if shipping towards the end of the week would mean your order would be in transit over an upcoming weekend, then we will wait until the beginning of the following week to ship. To guarantee delivery, we must have proper and complete addresses. Sorry we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or A.P.P and F.P.O addresses. We’ll gladly deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.
